Warriors Of Independence

Synopsis :
This short film tells the story of the struggle of the people of Tanah Melayu against the three eras of colonial rule that once gripped this blessed land. The story begins in 1511, when Melaka was conquered by the Portuguese. Time shifts to the era of British colonisation, where the great-grandchild of a former warrior rises to resist the oppression of villagers who were forced to work on rubber plantations. Carrying the spirit of his ancestors, the warrior joins a movement against the British to restore the dignity of the nation. Their fight continues into the Japanese occupation.
This film portrays the enduring spirit of resistance, emphasizing that although times change, the spirit of independence continues to burn in the hearts of the people.
