Synopsis :
Ori, a boy teased for his odd habit of collecting little things, stumbles upon a garbage-strewn beach near his home. What begins as a mission to collect unique bottle caps and win a contest, soon grows into a community effort, drawing neighbors, friends, and strangers together to clean the beach. As the beach slowly transforms, Ori discovers the power of small actions and shared hope, culminating in a quiet miracle that changes everything.
This film, written by Shivanshu Nirupam and Shrey Jain, and created using AI, is an adaptation of the book “The Miracle on Kachhua Beach” by Nandita da Cunha. The book was inspired by the real-life story of Afroz Shah – a lawyer whose simple act of cleaning the Versova Beach in Mumbai grew into a sustained movement that brought together over 200,000 people to clean the shore and heal the sea. Through this film, we aim to entertain and inspire audiences, especially younger audiences to take environmentally responsible actions, and grow up informed, empathetic, and empowered to create a more sustainable planet.
